When designing for pools and water features, we consider constant moisture, splash zones, chemical exposure, shifting temperatures, and freeze–thaw cycles. A custom deck allows the structure, materials, and drainage system to be designed specifically around those realities instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all layout to adapt.
We also make sure each deck is built around how the space is actually used. For example, a hot tub area may benefit from privacy screening, reinforced framing, and tighter, more intimate seating layouts. A dock or pond setting may require fencing, gates and materials that handle long-term moisture exposure without warping or degrading.
